USCIS publishes New Forms and Instructions for Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals
US citizenship and Immigration services (USCIS) have released a Federal notice, declaring the new instructions and forms, through which, individuals can request consideration of deferred action for childhood arrivals. USCIS has already started accepting completed forms from Yesterday.
Janet Napolitano, Secretary of homeland Security, on June 15th announced that the people, who migrated to United States as a child and meet their key guidelines, may request on a case-by-case basis, consideration of Deferred Action. According to the views of Alejandro Mayorkas, USCIS director, it was stated that the release of new forms and instructions, in order to allow individuals to request consideration of deferred action for childhood arrivals from USCIS marks an important step in implementing the new process. Individuals who are requesting for the deferred action for childhood arrivals should submit form I-812D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization (with accompanying fees); and an I-765WS, Worksheet to ensuresettlement in US.
The USCIS has introduced a new series of resources to explain how the process will work. USCIS is also providing complete information regarding theimmigration scams, which explains the deferred action for childhood arrivals process. USCIS also includes tips on reporting scams, finding accredited legal services and several tips on filling forms.
