Express Entry- what you need to know!
Express Entry is an electronic system, which consists of two steps- online profile creation, in which you can express your interest for Canada immigration. Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria under any one of the economic immigration programs will be placed in the Express Entry pool. On the other hand, the second step includes the evolution of applicants under the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS), where candidates can score a maximum of 1200 points. Applicants who do not hold a job offer or a provincial nomination can make use of Canada Job Bank. Based on the ranking, eligible candidates are granted an invitation to apply and must apply within 60 days upon receiving an invitation.

The new Canadian immigration system manages applications for three federal economic programs such as:
Federal Skilled Worker Program
Federal Skilled Worker Program is for skilled professionals who wish to immigrate to Canada and are chosen as permanent residents based on their ability to settle in the country. Federal skilled workers are chosen based on their language skills, academic qualification and work experience.
Federal Skilled Trades Program
Federal Skilled Trade Worker program is for people who hold work experience in certain occupations such as welders, cooks, crane operators and chefs. Individuals who wish to become permanent residents based on being qualified in a skilled trade can apply for Canada Federal Skilled Trades Program.
Canadian Experience Class
Canadian Experience Class is the perfect route for people who possess Canadian work experience and wish to acquire permanent residency.
Canada Express Entry system is also applicable for Provincial Nomination Programs. However, applicants need to satisfy certain criteria to be eligible for all these programs.
How to qualify for Express Entry system 2015?
Interested applicants need to appear for International English Language Testing System (IELTS) to evaluate your language proficiency that would assist in issuing a visa. Additionally, your credentials must be assessed according to the Canadian standards. Finally, you should satisfy medical requirements and must be admissible to Canada.
